    What I discovered amazed me. Your heart rate is elevated in the heat and without going into a lot of technical detail here.     Normally the How to Make a Cooling Vest manual sells for $99.90 but today I am offering it for $24.90 but order now because it wont last long. I am raising it back up to the normal price soon. So I thought there has got to be a better Personal Cooling System. I then stumbled onto (PICS) Personal Ice Cooling system. This is the most effective way of cooling.     I was totally amazed when I found out... that there is a simple inexpensive way to keep cool in the heat, that most workers are not aware of a COOLING VEST. I have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours of research on Cooling Vests for this manual, and I will continue to update it, with any possible improvements that I discover. The value to you is a lot more than $24.90. Especially considering that you could make many Cooling Vests and perhaps even sell Cooling Vests to make money, but the original reason I began researching Cooling Vests
