    Internet by Cell Phone Perhaps you have heard of Wi-Fi, or "Wireless Internet," where you can connect at broadband speed (fast) at RV parks, truck stops, Starbucks cafe sand even some McDonalds restaurants. The number and locations of these 'hotspots' is growing rapidly. Truck stops are of special interest to RVers since they are often the preferred fuel stop. Refuel and get your email too. Many RVers are now using cellular phones to go online. For the most part, these connections are relatively slow, but to RVers who otherwise need to find a phone line to plug in their modems, it seems like a miracle to go online from the comfort of their motorhome or trailer. Some even get online going down the road.
